Sudden loss of hair — is Stress is causing this?

Often people fail to understand how stress affects your physical health, and the health of the hair. However, it concerns an individual’s health. This does not mean that stress is always bad. Sometimes, stress is good for making an individual focused towards an approach and decide better. In fact, some people perform better under stress and do much better. Stress up to a certain level is good, although there are fixed parameters to determine up to which level is good, but cut stress leads to illnesses such as anxiety, sudden hair loss and other physical health problems. Many people associate stress directly with sudden hair loss.

Telogen Effluvium is a kind of hair loss occurs because of sever or sudden stress. Stress in a person is the shedding of hair that pushes the hair follicles in the resting phase early. Sudden hair loss due to stress in a person appears within 2-3 months after the revolt of some stressful situations. Although our hair falls and fall every day by around 100 hairs a day is considered normal. In stressful circumstances scalps in person losses almost 300-400 hairs a day and nearly 70% of hairs. Sudden hair loss is temporary in most cases. However, in some cases the problem of sudden hair loss suffers continues until it is solved the problem of stress.

Doing regular exercise and physical training reduces the level of the hormone adrenaline in your body. If you exercise regularly, your body and mind will be relaxed and you will get much better sleep. Health will also improve as a result of exercise.

Just sit in good posture, keeping your body straightens, do some deep breathing and concentrate on good thoughts. You can use your Office during a brief tea break or lunch hour to do the same. Have good diet: eat good diet. Take the diet rich in proteins, vitamins and minerals in sufficient quantity. Eat whole wheat bread, dairy products (milk, cheese, butter, etc.) and poultry products such as eggs and chickens. Also include in your diet of fish and meat. Avoid added sugars. Eat plenty of green leafy vegetables and fruits.
